Here's a sample Oat Milk Recipe included with the product: 

• 1 cup rolled oats + 4 cups filtered water
• Optional: Add a dash of salt or a tsp vanilla
• Blend for 20 - 30 seconds
• Strain & squeeze a 1 - 2 times through the nut milk bag
• Refrigerate and enjoy for up to 5 days
• Separation is natrual - shake and enjoy!
